OEM Training Provider for Parrot

Unmanned Aerial System Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) are rapidly becoming ubiquitous, finding utility in academic, industry, and government sectors. Parrot, a globally leading professional UAS manufacturer, recognized that although their Anafi line of UAS are user-friendly and ready to operate out of the box, some users benefit from expert training to increase their comfort in operations and skills in various applications.

The Sinclair College National UAS Training and Center teams with Parrot as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized training partner, offering instruction at Sinclair’s facilities in Dayton, Ohio and at other remote sites. The curriculum, developed by Sinclair and with the approval of Parrot includes two certification levels. Training for the Anafi and Anafi Thermal models entails approximately four (4) hours of ground and hands-on flight instruction. Training for the Anafi USA entails approximately four (4) additional hours of ground and hands-on flight instruction and has a perquisite of successful completion of the Anafi and Anafi Thermal certification training, which may be accomplished during the first half of a training day or at a time prior to the Anafi USA instruction. In-person ground and flight training can be provided at Sinclair facilities or remote locations leading to a Parrot Anafi and Anafi Thermal - Operator Original Equipment Manufacturer Authorized Training Certificate and/or Parrot Anafi USA - Operator Original Equipment Manufacturer Authorized Training Certificate upon successful completion. Training is designed for cohorts of one to four participants.
