Dental Health Clinic
The 25-chair dental hygiene clinic is outfitted with brand new, state-of-the-art dental equipment found in modern dental offices.  Sinclair’s dental hygiene students will be providing superior dental hygiene care to the underserved population in the region, including x-rays, preventative care and treatment of periodontal disease.  Currently, the dental hygiene clinic at Sinclair cares for approximately 1500 patients each year at a value of $400,000, and with our new, larger clinic, we anticipate that number will grow.
First Floor: 8,415 sqft

Rehabilitation Clinic
The Sinclair Rehabilitation Clinic will be offering physical therapy and occupational therapy to the underserved population in our region. Sinclair PTA and OTA students will be collaborating with licensed physical therapists and occupational therapists to provide treatment plans and therapy at minimal cost.  The clinic will be outfitted with modern therapy equipment, similar to what is seen in some of our most prestigious rehabilitation centers in the region.  The clinic will also be available for workforce development training opportunities.
First Floor: 4,040 sqft

Home Care Simulation Lab
With more care being provided in the home today, it is prudent that clinicians are competent with delivering treatment and support care in a home setting.  So, for the first time, Sinclair’s Health Sciences Center will have an apartment for students and practitioners to simulate patient care in the home.  This lab will have a bedroom, living room, restroom, and kitchen for the various health care programs to use, and it will be available for workforce development opportunities.
First Floor: 765 sqft
